Calibration Laboratory has undertaken NABL accreditation for its system for calibration and testing in accordance with the standard ISO 17025:2005

VOLUMETRIC GLASSWARE CALIBRATION
LOBAlife-Glassco is manufacturing complete range of volumetric glassware. We ensure to adhere quality standards from raw material to the measurement and calibration of our product. Several quality checks are performed at every stage of production to ensure high quality product.

LOBAlife-Glassco has in house well equipped temperature controlled calibration laboratory with electronic precision balances, temperature indicators that are traceable to international standards, computerized machines, experienced and trained manpower for calibration of volumetric glassware.

All volumetric glassware requires very high precision and accuracy which requires controlled conditions for calibrating volumetric glassware goes through autometic calibration machines which is state of art technology imported from germany.

Volumetric glassware are first calibrated with computer controlled calibration machines with distilled water. The meniscus is determined electronically for the exact lowest point by electronic eye, the calibration mark is applied at the same moment. Due to this we gets accuracies that can never be achieved mannually. Calibration marks are applied with fine diamond marking tools for clear visibility and evenness of location.

Unlike other manufacturers, all volumetric glassware goes through individual testing procedure and records of tests are maintained in the database and used for statistical quality control.

We manufacture glassware as per DIN, ISO, ASTM and USP standards.

All certified volumetric glassware are individually numbered and provided with individual calibration certificate in pack of one.

LOBAlife-Glassco Volumetric glassware calibration results are gauranteed for precision as per DIN, ISO, USP and ASTM standards.

NABL INDIVIDUAL WORK CERTIFICATE
All the A CLASS VOLUMETRIC GLASSWARE can also be given with NABL Individual Certificate which comes with the BATCH CODE like A.10 ( A is the batch AND 10 is the year of production) and then with serial number like 504 . Along with that the measured volume , measured uncertainty and the date of issue of the certificate.

INDVIDUAL WORK CERTIFICATE
All the A CLASS VOLUMETRIC GLASSWARE comes with the BATCH CODE like A.10 ( A is the batch AND 10 is the year of production) and then with serial number like 504 . Along with that the measured volume , measured uncertainty and the date of issue of the certificate.

.USP INVIDUAL CERTIFICATE
Glassco volumetric glassware now also come with USP( UNITED STATES PHARMACOPIA) tolerances . Each products will have batch code, serial number , measured volume , measured uncertainity and the date of issue of the certificate
